Scheduling an Appointment
First time clients are required to provide a valid Credit Card when scheduling an appointment. The card will not be charged until services are rendered or other payment arrangements are made. All gift certificate numbers are required to be provided at the time an appointment is scheduled.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available. They must be presented at time of service. They are non-refundable and must be used within a year from the purchase date. All gift certificate numbers are required to be provided at the time an appointment is scheduled.

Payment Methods
We accept major Health Insurance Plans, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Gift Certificates and Cash. We only accept Personal Checks from established clients.

Purchasing Packages
Packages must be paid in full at the first session.Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. It is encouraged and enforced that you use your packages during the given timeframe.

Cancellations
We request a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. No calls or No Shows will be charged l00% of total services.

Walk-ins
Walk-ins are permitted; provided that there is availability.

Late Arrivals
To ensure Schedule Punctuality; Late arrivals will not receive an extension of their session.

In Consideration of Others:
Given our service and limited space; Please refrain from bringing small children to your appointment. We would like maintain a quiet, tranquil, and adult-oriented atmosphere for all of our clients.

Please refrain from using your cell phones in the facility. Please turn all electronic devices off or on “vibrate”.
